November 20, 2009; So Sick...

So sick I can't even eat my fucking cookie...just carry it around and sleep with it.

Sooooooooo sick...

Barfing...everywhere...

Shitting...everywhere...

...blood...

Can't eat. Can't sleep. Wander about.

And they gnaw my nuts for being sick even as they try to commiserate. "What did you eat now?" they ask.

I think I know what it is...I think Mook A fed me something to get rid of me before Mook B goes off to Paris on Tuesday.

I'm dying here.

Ack!

April 20, 2009; A Weapon of Mass Destruction

Though I am better now, I was some sick this weekend. I ate something (oh! it could have been one of a thousand things I jam into my mouth during walks or at home—dustballs, bits of stick, leaves, Starbucks lids, tree bark, grass, elastic bands) and it was not passing. It was so bad I couldn't even eat on Friday.

On Saturday all I had in my intestines was the whatever and emptiness (ie: air; ie: gas). In French they have an expression for when someone is vigourous and enthusiastic: "Il pête le feu!" (He's farting fire!) I was vigourously and enthusiastically farting and though it was not fire if there had been an open flame around, the building's roof would have blown off. Though I find such smells delicious, as a rule, this one was so intense that ever I was getting a little queasy from what was blasting out of me. And I was cold! The Mooks had opened every window and door and were running a fan full tilt and still were gasping for air.

Then, during the evening walk, I got rid of the unrecognizable something and Mook A yelled at me as he cleaned it off the sidewalk, "I don't even want to look! I don't want to know what stupid thing you shoved into your stupid fucking face, idiot dog!" Mean, eh? (Though I do have a tendency to eat now, ask questions later.)

A funny historical face that's germane to the discussion. There's a cigarette company up here called Peter Jackson and back in the day when you could announce cigarettes on billboards, their ad-firm came up with the slogan, "I have Peter on the lips" and plastered it all over the city. However, the ad firm—a real bunch of demi-tards—translated the slogan into French as, "J'ai Peter aux lêvres" or "I farted on lips."

A peter on the lips can be some people's cuppa, but few want a fart there. But after how nastily Mook A treated me in my time of trouble, the next time I feel nuclear farts like the ones from this weekend coming on, I'm aiming straight for his lips.

I'll melt his fucking face off.

March 30, 2009; Black Friday

Faux-hawk Léo

Friday was a big day and I am still recovering.

While Mook A was being tended to by his nurse, Mook B has the audacity to go out and leave me alone. Well, there's always a way to deal with that: eat something valuable. I found the connector to the fax machine and made quick work of it.

Mistake...I almost immediately started feeling awful—something about undigested plastic in your gut and trying to get it out. It wouldn't come up and I knew it would just go on and then...Lordie!...come out the other end. I tried to remember how big a piece of plastic I had swallowed—fast!—when A came at me after the nurse left. It must have been big all I knew at the time is that I had to get rid of the evidence.

As I was dealing with this the Mooks decided it was finally time for my bath and although, on principle, I am against this kind of fiddling about with my person, the hot water did feel good, especially with my digestion working overtime.

That night even the Mooks knew something was wrong because I did not want any supper. I just wanted to go to bed.

The next day I was firing off gas with the frequency and pungency of a week-old cadaver. It got so bad even I couldn't stand it and kept changing places in the house, trying to leave behind a smell that would make a puppy-mill hound weep. The Mooks opened the windows and A said of the smell and of me, "I think he's already dead and just walking around. Zombie dog." Ha-fucking-ha mofo.

Saturday night, relief. It wasn't pretty, it was on the rug, and it did not smell as if I had shot a bouquet of roses out my arse. The Mooks freaked. A even took a pill and bitched about me being a retard, again and that he could not deal with another sick dog.

I slept like the dead and has returned to normal. Just goes to show you: you really should watch what you eat.
